Three tires showed up to my house, waited four days; the fourth one did not show up. I called Giga Tires; now I have to wait to see if it shows up before they will replace it and send another one. Terrible customer service; I will never use this company again.

If I could have a choice, I would rate 0. Here's my very own first time experience , that's probably the only one with giga tires, according to the terrible experience I had.

I ordered 4 tires on Monday 12/1/25, right away I got an email with a tracking number, a couple hours later, update tracking, but all these tracking numbers could not track! BTW, each tire has its own tracking number. I thought maybe too early to track, just wait.. 2 days later I gave them a call 1st time, still could not track them, verified by their customer service member!

I saw others online prices were cheaper, shipping fast, I asked if they could price match, the answer is NO, today's market this is the only company that does not price match! What a dictator! Another 2 days later, another email update tracking , still could not track.. I called them another 2 times, asking them to stop shipping, because according to the tracking, nothing happened..

Fedex only said they had the tires, Since I could not track, I had no idea when these tires would arrive, so I could not stop the Fedex guy from delivering the tires! So the tires were delivered on 12/6/25 Saturday night, it took them a week to deliver within the states! I called them again yesterday,12/8/25 Monday, because their customer service is only from Monday to Friday, asking for return & refund to find out the handling fee, more than 10% of the total cost.. totally crazy!

She said she would request to waive it for me and send me the return shipping label later. And last night I got an email that your order has shipped, what a joke! Today 12/9/25 I called again this afternoon, repeated the whole thing again just like every call, then I got an email that your order has arrived, what kind of system Giga Tire has!?

This guy told me Giga tires have been in business for 20 years when I asked, in fact only about 10 years as I checked. No matter what, they should have established the shipping connection a long time ago, not like the drama I experienced!

I have bought tires going on 3 weeks now even though they say it will ship in 1-2 days of purchase. I have called and spoke with someone and also sent a message through that option which says they will get back to you in 2-4 days.

They didn't help me at all, nor was a message sent back. The last time I spoke with someone, they didn't give me information again. I told them I wanted my order canceled so I could buy tires elsewhere, and they said I couldn't cancel.

Customer service is terrible with this place. Buy tires somewhere else!
